Shipping & Delivery Policy – YelloCase

YelloCase ships to cities all across India.

Orders are usually delivered within 7–8 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

If you have any questions regarding the expected delivery time for your address, please contact us at support@yellocase.in.

Once an order is shipped, it will be delivered only to the address provided at the time of checkout. If the courier attempts delivery three times and the order cannot be delivered, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to our warehouse.

No refunds will be initiated for RTO orders. However, customers may request a re-shipment by providing a new and correct delivery address and contact details. The order will be re-shipped on the next working day after confirmation.
