Replacement & Refund Policy – YelloCase
YelloCase offers replacement or refund only in case the product received is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@yellocase.in within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will share the return shipping address. Once the returned product is received, a replacement will be dispatched promptly.
No Exchange / No Return Cases
- No exchange or replacement if the customer has ordered the wrong item.
- No return or exchange if the product is disliked by the customer.
Color Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be completely accurate. Due to variations in screen brightness, contrast, and resolution, the actual product color may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
Conditions for Replacement or Refund
To be eligible for a free replacement or refund, the customer must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video. No replacement or refund request will be accepted without an unboxing video.
- Item received is physically damaged (must be proven via unboxing video)
- Item received has missing parts or accessories (must be proven via unboxing video)
- Item received is different from the product description shown on YelloCase
- Item received is defective or does not work properly (must be proven via unboxing video)
Time Limit
Replacement or refund requests must be raised within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Refund Processing
If your replacement or refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 24 working hours.
